... We had Trent from BPI do our inspection and he was fantastic. He was very thorough and took the time to answer any questions we had. He showed up early, provided a really detailed report with pictures in a very timely manner (less than 12hrs), he had all the equipment required and all at a reasonable price! Building & Pest Inspections are by nature a just-in-time service where usually it needs to be done within 7 days (which is only 5 business days) - Trent took the time to do our inspection in his very busy schedule within our time constraints which was fantastic.
